Landing at Civic Center

Thank you to the maintenance and the front office! You guys have been super phenomenal! I have never had any major issue's living here. I just signed my 2nd year lease. This is the first time they have had to come fix something and it's fixed all in the same day. Everyone's always super nice. Thank you so much to The Landing at Civic Center. 👍🏼💙🙂

Moved here in February, at first things seemed like they were on the up and up and then BOOM! Roaches everywhere! It’s so infested they crawl on the outsides to of your front door. They don’t do anything to fix the infestation. I’ve made requests numerous times and was never fulfilled. The roaches are so bad I have them crawling in EVERY room including my young children’s. Doesn’t matter how clean we keep it they were clearly here before I came when neighbors give you tips on keeping them to a minimum. It’s unfortunate because when I moved here I bought all brand new furniture and when my lease is up I plan on leaving and have no choice but to throw away all the furniture that isn’t even a year old yet. Renter beware, when you first look to rent, they're very nice and welcoming. I moved in 4/4 and told them about these holes left in the home as well as no closet doors in the bedrooms. Unbeknownst to me, my request was canceled without my knowledge. This was after it sat for 3 weeks, as you can see in the screenshot. When I asked two weeks later, I was told they have emergency requests that take priority. I get that, but seriously, a month later, and it gets canceled? I have a small child that visits, and this is definitely a hazard and pest issue waiting to happen that isn't "priority." I walked the property before visiting the leasing center and saw trash and dog poop everywhere. Then I called to ask about pricing and wanted to inform them about the disgusting trash and poop everywhere, the manager, Sariah, said there was no maintenance on staff today. As you can see from the photos I posted, the dog poop is not a daily amount of dog poop but rather a large accumulation. I feel sorry for the residents that have to pay money to live like that.
