MAA Desert Vista

This was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had in a very long time. Karina was so kind and helpful. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We cannot say enough about how warm and welcoming the office staff was. Karina made it very easy for us to make the decision that we would love to call this place home.

Scarlete was absolutely amazing during our apartment unit tour! She was very welcoming, friendly, and professional from start to finish. She took her time showing us around, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions patiently. She made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free, and we never felt rushed. My review is for Bri aka Brianna!!!! WOW!!! So me and my husband initially planned on giving up on Vegas. We’ve have enough of the scams , the sleazy sale tactics… Brianna at desert vista was our LAST shot at staying Vegas … we popped in and she toured us! When I tell you this woman goes over every single detail I mean just that! She gets to know you on a personal level and asks what’s important to us.. she shows pros of each layout and what would benefit us the best as our family is growing. I love it here we’ve been here for a month now and I’m so happy with our decision, we were skeptical. Where do I start… Briana is an amazing leasing consultant and has helped make my move in process as easy as she possibly could (which was smooth). Incredible customer service. This is my first ever apartment, and she helped with all my questions. The people here remain transparent and honest with their customers. The area is nice. I appreciate the view and amenities in this area. Definitely has a nice vibe to it.

I had a great experience with this apartment complex. The staff was very welcoming and personable from the start. Brianna, in particular, stood out with her friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help. She made the process feel easy and comfortable. It’s refreshing to interact with staff who truly care about residents and guests. Highly recommend! Best experience hands down through out North Las Vegas!!
