After looking for a place to call home for months, I saw an advertisement for Suncrest Townhomes. I corresponded with Roxanne, and was invited for a tour of the community. The property was clean from inside out, including the spacious backyard. Our appointment was for the following day to start the application process. Although an application was filled overnight for the property prior to my next appointment, Roxanne was able to create another option for me. My application was approved the same day, and my keys were available promptly. I appreciated Roxanne’s transparency on the leasing requirements, her attentiveness on processing my application, all while considering my urgency of finding a place of my own to call home. Choose wisely when selecting a home for your family. Everything seemed great in the beginning—signing the contract and moving in went smoothly. However, once we received the keys and were able to fully inspect the unit, we discovered numerous issues. I submitted multiple work orders and even fixed many problems ourselves to avoid being a burden. My 3 year old son has had countless potty accidents due to him not being able to run up the stairs fast enough since the only working bathroom is upstairs. Despite that, we have now gone over two months without properly functioning toilets. We were recently informed by Roxanne in the front office after going back and forth for over 2 months that issue will not be resolved because “the plumbing runs slow” and that we should simply flush multiple ti

I would not recommend living here. During my time at this property, I experienced ongoing harassment, false allegations, and serious invasions of privacy. The property manager lives on-site along with maintenance staff, and tenants’ private conversations are routinely overheard, monitored, and reported back to management. This conduct felt intrusive and inappropriate. The property manager frequently shared personal matters with tenants, including details about her divorce and personal relationships, while tenants were simply trying to complete basic move-in processes. When I first moved in, instead of efficiently providing keys and inventory paperwork, I was subjected to hours-long personal conversations that were overwhelming and unprofessional. I have nothing but incredible things to say about this place. Roxanne is attentive and always helpful. She’s the best! Property is quiet. I’ve been here for the last 2 years its reasonably priced considering how close you are to everything.
