If I could give Xavier 10 stars I would! Our daughter last minute was not going into the dorms at her college and needed to find an apartment in under a week before we left from Chicago. He not only found it, but it came furnished, and all within a few days. He had to meet with the city inspectors to get us occupancy and got them out to the apartment within 2 days. From touring places for us and sending us videos or getting us cashiers checks for the security deposit, he went above and beyond and we are so grateful! Top notch realtor, super responsive, and found us exactly what we needed in a crazy speedy timeline. Couldn’t ask for a better realtor.
