The Promenade Condos

Whoever works here that pick up when you call the number listed, is extremely rude, I’m someone who is interested in buying a condo that is going to be auctioned off and wanted to speak to management for some information on the condos in general as realtors do not deal with auctions, this woman refused to talk to me, didn’t even tell me who she was, meanwhile it’s a public number for the condos on Google. She hung up on me, wait till I move there. This is very sad and needs to be addressed, who wants people line that working in places they live.

This community, the promenade condos by the waterfront pier has the worst and most vulgar woman security I’ve ever seen, she yells vulgar language, very rude to merchants and visitors. This person lowers the community standards and quality. The should find a well qualified replacement.

Girls Night Out was at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. The food as always was amazing. Darren Goldman was our food server. He made excellent recommendations..we tried them all. He was amazing. The view is spectacular

Our friend has a town house looking into New York City right on the Hudson with no obstruction. Beautiful view.

Decent selection of stores. I don't really shop there much BC it's mostly clothing.
