I recently moved in, and my transition was seamless. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They responded quickly to my emails regarding questions about moving in, reserving the elevator, and any concerns I had about the building's processes and procedures. I was very pleased with the sales team during my initial tour of the building and throughout the renting and moving-in process. The building itself is very nice, the location is great, and the tenants are respectful. There isn't much noise, creating a peaceful environment. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place in the Edgewater area.

I've lived at the Riello building for two years and can't recommend it enough. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The management team is incredibly responsive and helpful, especially Timy and Bary, addressing any maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. My apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of natural light. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and parks. The neighbors are friendly, creating a welcoming community feel. Riello truly feels like home.
