There have been diseases in the pipes, hot water regularly doesn’t work. If you value your peace or health or sanity do not move here. The air ducts need cleaning but they’re too cheap to do it. Literal layers of dust have magically disappeared from my home since I moved. We breathe much better too. The management company does not care and will screw you every way they can. They will basically chase you out of the building. Also carefully read your renewals. They’ll raise rent 5% which is fine, but then secretly increase your parking an absurd 50% and charge you in many other ways. Literally everyone that moved in around the time I did 2 years ago has moved out for the same reasons. The front desk people are the exception, but they’re a different company than management. Very clean apartments nice amenities, but hope you like getting your air conditioner cut off whenever they feel like it and tell you to “just move” when you finally are able to reach someone in management, thanks “terry”! Glad you don’t seem to care as long as management has air and in the main lobby to fool the possible future tenants that you guys actually care!!

Old and dingy. The amenities are all dirty. Concierge is not helpful. The apartment itself is also old and bathroom is rusty. All around ugly and gloomy

The tickets to the opera varies according to the show ,tickets begins at $25:00-$30:00 this is far from the stage but there are screens from which you can get a upclose view other wise take your binocular .There are tickets for $100:00 I would recommend this section if you want to watch the show without paying a arm and a leg.near stage you have to fork out your $300:00. big one and guess what everyone in the theatre can see the show.
