Wynthrope Forest Apartments

Wow, this is really a great place to live…..this is where you called home. It is very comfortable and CLEAN. I was living here 3 years ago, My hubby and I separated and I moved out, now I came back in a different unit and I tell you. I’m happy, I’m comfortable and I’m relaxed. I mind my own business and go my own way . Great and wonderful neighbors. I love this community so much. Jaerll and his team are great. Maintenance 💯 % on top. Wynthrope Forest is 1000/10. The best. One more thing…….I’M JAMAICAN…I DON’T LIE. For real.

Dear Corporate Management Team, My name is Lenora Grier, and I moved into Wynthorpe Forest in April 2025. I want to begin by saying that I truly love my apartment and greatly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Jarell, who consistently goes above and beyond for residents. Unfortunately, I am writing to formally express serious concerns regarding the property manager and several ongoing issues that have not been properly addressed. When I moved in, the apartment had recently been “renovated” by a contractor who appeared to simply spray paint over cabinets and countertops. Within one week, the paint began peeling off the countertops when I used a cutting board, and the sink in my hall bathroom started peeling as well. I submitted work orders for these issues. When I first moved here it was much better, since changing management nothing has improved which I thought was the whole point. Trash is always full and overloaded AND THEY CHARGE A $15 trash fee for this?? Vacuum has been out of order for who knows how long and now the car wash. The machines at the gym have been faulty for the past 2yrs. And they still advertise for these things knowing it’s not true. The pool never opened last year because of permits, we choose to stay places because of the cleanliness and amenities, if this isn’t being upheld then we should get a discount on rent since this place is being falsely advertised.

I would strongly advise against staying here under the new management. The gate is frequently broken, negating the purpose of a gated community. The trash is poorly managed, often overflowing and attracting pests like rodents and insects. They haven't bothered to open the pool this summer, an issue that never arose with the previous management. Also, Mia has a very displeasing attitude. I absolutely don’t like this new management!

My experience with this company is disappointing. I lived here 2yrs and management has changed at least three times. The communication from the office is poor and seems ghetto. Out of the 2yrs of me living here the pool was only open my 1st yr living there. When I would ask about the pool they kept saying they were waiting for inspection, but inspection was never done. Nobody wants to pay for amenities and not use them. They have a terrible ant issue on the property and the pest control company that is used is trash. When I first moved in and did my walk through on day one, there were dead ants along the perimeter of the apartment on the floor, ants in the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and I was told I had to clean it up. Throughout my stay i have experienced ants in the tub, ants c
