Sutter Lake Apartments

This is the most pleasant experience I’ve had with an apartment complex in my entire life! Both Rochelle and Ariana are some of the most understanding, respectful, welcoming, and kindest reps I’ve ever spoken with. My tour, application, and move in was done in a professional and timely manner. Rochelle was great with breaking down the entire process and adjusting to my needs. They worked so hard to make me feel comfortable and I am so very grateful. I would highly recommend anyone to both of them for any information about applying! Not to mention how much I love how spacious my unit is!

APP”ROACH” WITH CAUTION. My family and I MET roaches upon moving in. I mean they welcomed us at the door. We desperately needed a place to stay, so we stayed. I thought because someone just moved out, they brought the bugs with them and they would eventually leave. Not the case. They stayed until we moved out THIS YEAR. We’ve never had a bug bigger than a gnat in our other apartments so this was a nightmare!! Also washer and dryer NOT included. We had to rent from a company they recommended. The pool never opened the first summer we were there so don’t depend on it. I will say, maintenance did their part. Whenever we had an issue they were there same day or the next. I also don’t have anything bad to say about the staff BUT the roaches need to be addressed. Also, the gate is alwaysssss bro

Ms Rochelle was excellent in my in acquiring my new apartment all the finishes were perfect and she exceeded my expectations. I will refer many other people to Sutter Lake apartments because of Miss Rochelle. She was very attentive and provided me great service. I wish I can give her more stars.

Rochelle was very helpful and kept me informed of the whole process. Very thankful for her because if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have been able to get everything done. If you’re thinking about moving here please contact her and she will make sure you are well taken care of.

From the moment I entered the property, I was amazing by my experience! Arianna was incredibly helpful from beginning to end, showing the model, explaining the amenities, everything! The fact that it’s a gated community and the GATES WORK was all I needed to see! I moved in on a Friday and had some things that needed to be addressed. Nothing major, just some things that might have been missed during the walkthrough. Monday was a holiday so I sent the email for the work order on Tuesday. I received a response back on Wednesday and by Friday, the work order was completed including having an outside contractor come to fix something! The fact that they called me before just entering my home, the fact that the gates works! The fact that there is a lake on the property! 10 out of 10!
