Ascent at Riverdale Apartments: Apartments In Georgia

I can’t speak for everyone else but my experience with them was top tier! I’ve been living out here for 2 years and I haven’t had any issues at all. They always take care of my maintenance issues in a timely manner. They keep the property clean and it’s very quiet. Miss LiLi the property manager is the best thing smoking lol. She always takes care of any issues I have and she so sweet and down to earth. She will also work with you when you are unable to make rent on time. The application process was quick and easy. Like I said this property is not bad and I hope Miss LiLi never leaves us. If you are considering moving here this is your sign I promise you will not regret it and they prices are reasonable. When you come to apply ask for Miss LiLi she gone get you right every time

This ENTIRE complex is INFESTED with roaches!!!! The maintenance does not fix anything, they ride around on golf carts all day riding right past units that have multiple maintenance requests. They will file evictions in court and white out your court date so that you don’t appear which will result in your belongings being thrown on the curb. They have a SEVERE mold issue in SPECIFICALLY (29A) and the unit about it leaks into the utility closets. This is a great place if you’re looking for a trap house, TERRIBLE place if you’re looking for a place to raise a family and a place to call HOME

Natosha has made this process so easy for me and has been so kind throughout this process and I really appreciate her. I absolutely cannot wait to move into my unit. Upon driving through the property I saw that the grounds were well kept and the residents were very friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone

Had a lovely experience apartment hunting here and choosing to apply and making the Ascent at Riverdale apartments our home Natosha made the whole experience a great one I know a review can mean everything and I’m glad I didn’t judge the place based off of old reviews the transparency and home like feel we received was amazing from our leasing consultant Natosha to her manager Lilly over to maintenance they left a lasting impressions that made this decision an easy one!!!!
