Archway Apartments

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. The apartment management here truly goes out of their way for their tenants, and that’s rare. Anytime I’ve needed something — whether it was maintenance, a question, or just clarification about something — they respond quickly and with a positive attitude. You can tell they actually care. It doesn’t feel like you’re just another unit number. They’re professional, respectful, and they really try to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. That kind of effort makes a big difference. Living here has been such a smooth experience because of them. If you’re looking for a place where management genuinely supports their tenants, this is it.

I would recommend anyone to live here !!! Stephen helped me get in with no issues! He has been kind, and helpful even after my move in. My unit was clean upon arrival, and I've been accommodated with anything I need. I was skeptical about moving here when I read the reviews about roaches, however, my unit doesn't have them. Be clean, and respect your space, throw your trash out, and dont leave food out and you will be fine ! I'm so blessed and thankful! I have a 1bdrm and it's so cute; it's loft styled! I really needed to move fast and he made it happen ! He came in on his day off just to make sure I got into an apartment. Just me and my 2 pups and our new life !!! I moved in the middle of mid-terms so i had so much going on and Stephen made it so smooth! Thank you so much ❤️ 10/10 !!!!

Application and move in process was so easy and smooth. Steven is the best property manager I've came across since being in Riverdale. I definitely recommend this property if you're looking to move into a nice complex.

Hey I would like to say Steven is the goat. He's understanding and very professional he will work with you in whatever situation you in. I've been here since November and me and my family is loving our new place..any issues that needs to be done Steven is the guy. I appreciate you and you keep blessing people in the time of need.

All the comments that you see about remodeling and it’s a great community are fake! Please don’t move here . From the day I moved in I was at war with roaches had to pay out my pocket for an exterminator. My unit is infested with black mold and water damage! I have been with out AC FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS NOW ! The ceiling in my kitchen was ripped open and my cabinets were snatched out and they have failed to repair the damage. Please I know the rent may be cheap but don’t put your family in inhumane living conditions !
