My grandmother lives here and the new maintenance guy ( Rashuan I believe) is amazing. He is always doing what needs to be done and my grandmother loves it here. Keep it up!

My mother lives out here and have been there for sometime, there has been an electrical issue with her ceiling fan since she moved in, management has switched and it has yet to be repaired, the light comes on and off by itself(years) if it catches a fire, there will be lawsuit filed, not to mention her place flooded and the flooring they put down is tearing up, so much, I almost tripped, again should I or someone else fall because of it, there will e a lawsuit, she has called several times, I asked her did she want me to go in the office, she said no, she will see if they come, of course, they have yet too, and have the audacity to want to go up on the rent, the outside is maintained, my mother is very clean, even with her disability and there was a SERIOUS roach issue last year, u

I do not have contact info, please send. This would be a great Community to live in if it wasn't for the manager of the apartments. She is very rude nasty unprofessional. She constantly talks down to the residences. When I move the needs Apartments back in 2016 we had storage space we could use that was included in our rent they've taken a storage space away but not discounted our rent. They constantly go up on the rent but I don't see any improvements on the property. And they're going up on the run again and I still don't see where the money is going. So if something doesn't give soon I may be forced to leave a place that I really like.

I have only lived here for a few weeks and I am so happy to be a resident! My first weekend I discovered the dryer was not working, I sent an email on Sunday, received a call from Ms. Dorothy, property manager that she will have Johnny, maintenance, to access the problem. It was later determined that a new dryer was definitely needed. Ms. Dorothy called the same day to let me know that she has ordered a new dryer, it arrived the next day and installed.
