Wynnbrook Pines Apartments

Disgusting, unsafe for infants and EVERYONE. Moldy apartment complex, no repairs being made, Unprofessional management with there response being, “ok, ok, ok, we’ll stop by tomorrow” then never seeing them months, to years later. STAY AWAY! This places needs to be tore down or replaced with new management and new apartments. Been here for 5 years… i would know. There’s a lot more to say but that would take up this whole review page SADLY.

Family and I have just been mentally, emotionally, physically drained here. I’m so tired of this place I cannot put into words. If you care about your mental, physical health and your family do not move here. Riddled with mold that’s made us and our pets sick and isn’t taken seriously. Endless repairs that need to be done but after 4 agonizing years here I have accepted that there’s basically no point reporting them, it will NEVER get done. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get them to do anything useful around here. Trash compactor greets you from a mile away with its smell and hundreds of flies swarm it (and the mailbox since it’s right by it) during the spring/summer. We lived there for 4 years. Front office and Maintenance response was pretty quick for apartment issues and repairs. The only reason why we moved was the big price increase every year. In the 4 years, it jumped up almost $200 and was set to go up another $90 for our next lease renewal. You should also watch your kids at the school bus pickup/drop-off, because bullies and creepy guys (2) that we saw. Only one dumpster for the whole apartment complex fills up fast.

Lived here over a year the area is good the office ladies are nice but I put in request for maintaince repairs almost a year ago and they only have ONE maintenance man and have not fixed not one thing in my apartment my windows had holes in the screens when I moved in missing outlet covers the stove didn’t work. They put short nails in the metal separating the kitchen and living room my daughter got a nail straight through her foot because they won’t fix it. The tub plugs don’t work because they put so much caulking around it.. when your lights go out they don’t allow you to change them because they are dome lights but they make you put in a maintained request which maintaince never comes so be prepared to sit in the dark the whole time you live here. Moved in to building 3950 Apartment 58. (2 yr stay) Please look for better living environment. I was told by neighbors that my unit wasn't the only one with flooding and mold. Please be aware of this! I was overcharged moving out for normal wear and tear living their for two years and also falsely charged me for some things. I only paid because I didnt want to loose my assistance. They failed to give me any notification about my charges by mail; phone or email. I had found out by section 8. and already put me in collections? Advice; Take videos before unpacking and before you return your keys.
