Parkway Trails

I went in for a tour today. Samantha and Allison answered all of my questions. The place looks amazing. 🤩 I can’t wait to move in next year. (See pix of the club house and work out room below)👇

Shoutout to Ray for the great work! He took care of multiple maintenance issues in one visit, the stove, exhaust fan, and lighting, and got everything fixed quickly and smoothly. Super efficient. Really appreciate the help!

John came to fix a few things in my apartment and did a great job. He repaired my bathroom sink that was sinking, changed a light bulb, and also fixed the kitchen sink water that wasn’t going down. He was very nice, professional, and made sure everything was working before he left. I really appreciate his quick and helpful service!

John is amazing!! I’ve been bothering him all day and he’s been a great help give him a raise it’s just him in this giant complex he is amazing and makes me feel very welcomed! Needed some paint and he was back in 10 seconds! (NOT KIDDING) with the matching wall paint! Very fun and easy to talk to! Thank you John!! Seriously amazing guy!! All I had to do was give him one of mine containers, empty container of anything he filled it up patched my holes I had in the wall attached the things I needed to attach and boom done! Amazing.

I called the office due to not being able to get my heat to work. John came in and fixed my problem with the heat. He checked to make sure everything was working correctly before he left which I greatly appreciate. Especially since this weather is changing. Thank you so much for your help.
