Brookside Park Apartments

Good apartment complex to live in unless your air/heat goes out. They try to fix it themselves quickly, but if they can’t, they’ll get an HVAC tech out when they can. Could take 1-5 weeks. They aren’t in a hurry because they provide window units or portable heaters. Not ideal with children! Pay too much to have to deal with this twice in one year.

Having issues with our AC and Rodney immediately responded to our service request and was able to schedule for the HVAC company to come in and evaluate and schedule the repair. Thank you for such fast and reliable service!

Vier Management by far has been so good to my 4 year old daughter and I. They have been working with us and every time something that needs to be done they are on top of it.

Rodney came in and did an awesome job! He was very friendly and courteous and worked super hard and fast to get things done for us.

Holiday weekend and the air conditioning went out🫤 Rodney assessed the AC unit until the on call maintenance person was able to get here. TOP notch!!! Bravo!!! Thank you Rodney!!!
