Richard was very punctual, he was at the house before our scheduled time to prepare so he was on time throughout the entire inspection. He was very thorough, he took his time. I had a lot of questions and Richard was very patient and explained everything very well so I understood. He respected me as a female, first time home buyer. The inspection was very smooth.
