They pay people for the positive reviews on here. The building is nice and new but the property management is terrible. The emergency maintenance man lives in Ohio and the line is sometimes shut off. They just let us go 12+ hours without alerting us that there's a boil water notice on our building, and many people have been exposed. This is one of the times they turned off the emergency maintenance line. They knew the water was coming out discolored and that the issues were building-wide but instead of warning us they just let everyone continue drinking contaminated water and blocked our calls. Their excuse is they didn't see the message from the city until they entered the office after 9am today. I suggested the leasing office provide bottled water, since our rent is extremely high and ro

Waited till the day of to tell us to wait to tour the apartments because we are looking to move between March-August. We are flexible because we know availability changes. They waited till the day of to call is to “recommend” waiting. We have already toured multiple apartments. We just want to know that way in advance so when it comes time we can go ahead and put in applications, down payments, etc. without having to take off more work to tour. It is absolutely crazy! I should not have to lie to tour an apartment. March is only 6 months away. She acted like they would have no available between March-August! Edit: They said they reviewed it and I did not have a tour reservation. I did it and was under my husband’s name and email.

It was very satisfying and helpfully moving into Florence Hall. I moved from Miami to Florence and in just 4 days Taylor and her team helped me with all I needed to move in. Residency is very beautiful, all new and I love my apartment. It’s pet friendly so me and my husband feel more than welcome and comfortable living here. Thank you!

Great place to live!!! Everything from the front office (April), Maintenance (Kyle), to the Groundsman (Chad) is 5 stars!!! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are exceptional, and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Close to Cincinnati if you enjoy the big city, and close to the heart of Kentucky, bourbon distilleries, farmland, horse farms and mountains if you enjoy the peace of the country.

The Florence Hall is the community I’ve been searching for. The amenities stand out compared to other apartments in the area. The complex and community feels very safe and the level of engagement in this community is outstanding. There are usually monthly gatherings going on or some level of opportunity to engage with other tenants which is really nice. The leasing managers in the office are so friendly, attentive, and helpful. The units are brand new, modern and well built. The built in WiFi and washer/dryer in each unit is very appealing. I am very happy I chose the Florence Hall as my home.
