Wyngate Townhomes

Awesome place to live! Clean community! The pool stays clean. The upgrades that the new management has brought in have been making a big difference in the past 2 years. The manager Vanessa and maintenance are very attentive. Recommend this place!

I just moved in, from- Atlanta GA 6/21/2025.. Heyyyyy Texas!! I would like to give Wyngate Townhomes a five star! Professional, kind and truthful management (Vanessa) and maintenance staff. Vanessa was a big help, with us moving from Atlanta. Vanessa-answered all my questions, texted me back and stayed to make sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate you, Vanessa!!! The property is very simple nice and clean. No one's hanging out, no load music, no parties and the trash is not over flowing. The townhomes are nice sizes with big bathrooms and decent closet spaces. ( No play Ground) A lot of parking, and a big circle to walk around the complex. POOL- IS NICE!! Gated back Yards!! Very convenient to Walmart in walking distance and other stores. Expressways are close- 30 and 635. I'

Awesome customer service from Vanessa. She walked us through the whole process and over communicated the requirements needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we found a comfortable living situation that best suited us. I highly recommend her services to anybody in need of a place to live.

DO NOT RENT HERE! There is cockroaches and bugs all the time! The air condition does not work . Most AC Units are to small for the townhouse so upstairs stays super hott! It took 6 months for them to fix my AC after asking them numerous times and telling them. I had my thermostat on 72 and it would never reach that I even tried 76 and it wouls just go up to 80-84. Because of that my power bill was over 500 every month because they wouldn’t come fix it. I eventually had to call the city. If you want anything done it does not get done . It takes weeks for them to just come and fix a leak. Upstairs bathroom flooded into kitchen numerous times and they left the hole in my ceiling for 3 months. They never fixed the cracks from water leak. This place is an absolute mess! The

I moved here last May, my place had been remodeled already and it has been great here. Working with Megan all the way to the end with Davis property has been a pleasure, every time I contacted her my request was taken care of timely. I will be turning in my notice to leave not because of the mgmt or the property itself, for personal reasons. The complex will miss Megan she has been great for this property, too bad the new property management company is not keeping her. I wish u the best Megan good luck at your next place!
