Communication with management is hit or miss, they sometimes will address issues but there are like chronic problems that they seem unable to manage. The apartment complex hallways are constantly dirty and people leave trash out for days on end. Management will address concerns after I constantly follow-up and be annoying about it. I have seen roaches and the building has not been open for a year yet - I can’t imagine that the quality of the buildings will get better from here when they are already dirty. Ndighbors are sooooo dirty. If you value a clean living space, this will not be the place for you. I’ve cropped images to protect privacy. No transparency in billing?? I asked for an itemized bill so I could see how much to pay for rent/utilities and they said they couldn’t give me one.

I recently toured this apartment community and had a wonderful experience! The property is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the amazing office staff. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour smooth and enjoyable. I left feeling confident and excited to call this place home!

I recently moved in and what I can say is that I have had a wonderful experience! Emeline provided outstanding customer service — she was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She made the entire process feel welcoming and stress-free. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything is clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed, from the landscaping to the common areas. You can tell the management team takes pride in keeping the community looking its best!!! Highly recommend this property, especially if you have the chance to work with Emeline!
