The entire leasing staff are courteous, friendly people - they had all my move in docs available which made my move in timely. Ry-Ann is superb. Rosaria is so friendly and polite. The leasing manager is polite and down to earth. The maintenance guys are very knowledgeable, quick and professional.

I had an excellent experience touring Atwater Apartments with Roxanne Martinez. From the moment I arrived, Roxanne was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and walked me through all the amenities and floor plans with patience and enthusiasm. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the tour informative, enjoyable, and stress-free. Roxanne truly went above and beyond — I left feeling confident and excited about Atwater. Highly recommended!

The apartment complex is aesthetically pleasing and modern; however, the overall security and level of service are inadequate. During the leasing process, the staff informed us that assistance would be available 24 hours a day, but this has consistently proven to be inaccurate. When we contact the office to report problems or disturbances, our concerns remain unaddressed, and no meaningful action is taken. Noise disturbances after 10 PM occur regularly, and it is evident that community policies regarding quiet hours are not being enforced. This lack of oversight has negatively affected our living experience. Given the amount we pay in monthly rent, one would reasonably expect a higher level of organization and professionalism from the management team. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

Toured this property over the weekend & the customer service from Ry-Ann was phenomenal. She explained everything, provided information that I needed & answered all of my questions. The property is stunning & the apartments are bigger in person. This was my top choice for my apartment hunt but unfortunately didn’t choose due to it being out of my budget. But nonetheless the customer service alone almost made me sign right then & there!

They offer you luxury living at the price but what you get is anything but. At first when touring the apartments the place looks beautiful until you actually move in and experience never ending problems. Half the time the ammenities are not available although we are charged an ammenities fee every month. All buildings smell like weed even though there is no smoking on the properties. We pay for a valet trash service that doesn’t come on all days of the week which result In tenants bringing their trash to only one dumpster on the property. They lock the compactor button so trash becomes overflowed on all sidewalks due to not being able to put it in the dumpster.
