Garland Decks & Patios built our new deck and pergola. They came when they said they would and had made good progress before I got back home. The team was friendly and made sure our pets were safe by keeping the gate closed. Tracy was easy to work with and responded promptly to calls and texts, they are the best company I've been searching for. They did a Great job! Tracy and Adrian are exceptional (and the crew is great too). The thing that 1st impressed me was the thoroughness of the initial inspection. They made sure they found all the problems and knew everything that needed to be done before they gave me a quote, so there were no surprise charges. (They examined the area better than any of the other contractors) The work was done well and in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. The new balcony looks Great! They also repaired a couple of windows and installed a sliding glass door and all of the projects were completed to perfection! I will definitely be calling them again and highly recommend them!
