"Wow, just wow!" After more than 30 years in the real estate game, it takes a lot to impress me, but Brittany Cleveland at Alta Firewheel Apartments managed to do just that. From the moment we walked in, Brittany was on it! She didn't just greet us; she bounced up, full of energy and incredibly knowledgeable. She knew every detail about the complex, the amenities, the different floor plans, and what was available. Apartment hunting is usually a chore—frustrating, confusing, and a massive time-sink. Brittany somehow managed to make the entire process easy and fun! Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor made her an absolute pleasure to work with, and I trust her implicitly. If you're looking, the Alta Firewheel property is without a doubt the best and newest complex around for miles. T

The owner of this place needs to hire more people. These poor employees look stressed. They are all very kind though. I would like to give a shoutout to Brittany Cleveland, the supervisor, and Abraham, one of the maintenance men. They have been very helpful during this time that my washer had stopped working. Poor Abraham had to switch my washer twice since the second unit was having the same issue, but he kept replacing them until it was fixed. I really appreciate all the hard work he had to do for me to be able to wash my clothes! Brittany was just very helpful and kind during the process. I truly have appreciated all of the times Abraham and Britney have helped me since I’ve moved-in about a year ago. :-)

Marian and Brittany were amazing. They walk you through the process and are very personable and welcoming. One of the cons has been packages being delivered to neighbor complexes but they make sure to let you know ASAP that they have your packages so you can come and grab them at the office. Abraham and the maintenance are super fast/quick. No bugs on the property which is super huge. A lot of the cons are about parking which I feel like isn’t a big deal. Just grab a covered spot or garage and you can bypass that easily. Overall so far, very happy 6 weeks in! Will update if anything pops up - ST

When we first moved to the area, we had an extremely rough start when our movers delayed delivery of our belongings. We went weeks without our things. The only light during that time was from Brittany Cleveland who regularly checked up on us. She gave us recommendations on where to go, what to do, what to eat, and was always asking us if we needed anything. Mind you, we didn’t even have our cars. Thankfully, Alta Firewheel is within walking distance across the street from the Firewheel Town Center which is filled with everything we needed to keep ourselves busy and fed day in and day out while we were waiting for our things. Abraham is one of the best things about this complex. He provides consistent service with each maintenance request, big or small. I’ve been here since May 2025 and haven’t had any issues with him nor the rest of the team. I love my unit, especially the natural lighting. It’s spacious and the den truly sold me since I needed office space. The building is kept up very well, which is something to not take for granted lol. The leasing staff is wonderful and will help to their best abilities. They do a really good job at fostering community here. I would recommend these apartments.
