If you’re considering moving here, please be advised. I am a current resident, and I’ve been dealing with a serious maintenance issue for over two with no real action taken. There is an active leak in my guest/daughter’s bathroom that has now led to visible mold growth. I’ve contacted the management office multiple times, and nothing has been handled proactively. Maintenance came out once, cut a hole in my ceiling, removed a vent, and never replaced it. That was back in October we are now at the end of November and still nothing has been resolved. It’s clear they do not have the proper vendor for mold remediation, because this is absolutely not how this issue should be addressed. As expected when making a move to a new location , things can be challenging at first, but when communication is free and ongoing, it makes the move a lot simpler. Cedric and Erica have both been instrumental in setting the tone for my move-in to be as less complicated as necessary !!! And hats off to the maintenance crew as many units they have to work around. They find the opportunity to satisfy as many as they can in one day thank you guys for all you do.

The car care has not been in service for the past year and a half the apartment in the inside is not up to luxury standards with water damaged wood under all 3 sinks work orders take up to 6 months or more to be fulfilled the apartment is not weather proof at all gaps in the balcony doors some windows and front door that have been ignored i would not call these apartments a luxury stay what so ever

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I right now as I write this have a whole on the wall that’s about 1x3 full of water!! Maintenance did that whole 2 weeks ago but haven’t done nothing to resolve the issue the humidity on this unit is over 80 and I have a newborn baby!!! I let them know about mold on my carpet and also on one of the legs of my baby’s crib a month ago and all they did was open a whole on the wall, they saw the water and did nothing but put a plastic bag over it, there is water coming from the floor in the bathroom too!!!!! Now I had asked for a transfer to a 3 bed which she said she would as soon as the apartment was ready, she just told me today that that’s not possible not more and I had bought furniture already! I asked her to terminate my lease and she also refused THIS ARE NOT LIVABLE

I stayed here and the process to get in was ok, however the same week I moved in it rained and my daughters room, her bathroom, dining room area and kitchen flooded. Mind you, this was my first impression living here. Maintenance and a hvac company came to dry everything, cool. That weekend it rained and flooded AGAIN. Same process, but this time it went to the laundry as well as the previous rooms. So now, half the unit is basically unlivable. When the carpet guy came he let me know that his company had actually been to that SAME unit in the last few years for the SAME problem. After the leasing office told me they’d need to do construction, they put me in another unit. But wait, it gets better.
