Spalding Vue Apartments

I wanted to start with Edna being an absolute delight. I had to find a place to rent asap and Edna was pleasant and very informative. I stayed at one of the older units and yes it was old, but it was within my expectations for how much cheaper it was compared to anywhere else in Atlanta. Keep in mind as well that I did NOT look at the apartment beforehand. Edna offered me a tour but I declined due to needing a place asap. It’s gated, good community, especially for kids, and rarely any problems. Highly recommend! Thank you Edna for a pleasant 13 months at Spalding Vue. I will make sure to recommend this place, especially you, to many others!

I want to say thank you so much to Claudia for all the incredible help and support she gave me and my husband throughout our move. From start to finish, she made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Because of her guidance, responsiveness, and attention to detail, moving into the apartment was such an easy experience. I’m a new resident here at Spalding Vue Apts. Today is my one month mark And I purposely waited for this time to get settled In and give a Honest review. From the very first phone call, I spoke with Edna at the office who was Absolutely Awesome. She is friendly and welcoming and was always there whenever I called she helped me with the Application process and Navigate the Guardian deposit that I needed. Edna answered all of my questions no matter how many times I called she was always professional, kind and willing to help me. I’m in a one bedroom my apartment its updated and clean with washer dryer and no bugs. Spalding Vue Apartments offers a fantastic living experience with great amenities and responsive management. Edna was incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process, making everything smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend both Edna and Spalding Vue for anyone looking for a new home!

Edna the lady up front here is quite argumentative. We have lived here for 3 years, and in the last 3 weeks of being here, we've been facing plumbing issues. The maintenance team comes out but does nothing to resolve the problem, instead blaming us for using wet wipes in the toilet, which we have never done. Imagine pooping in a bag for days because you don’t want to clogged the toilet because the plumbing is THAT bad,That’s what it resulted too for us…Edna called me and informed me that after using the bathroom, we should throw the tissue in the trash. In my 30+ years of living, I was unaware of this. I guess I was potty trained incorrectly. She argued with me over the phone, stating that the pipes are faulty, which is why we should dispose of it in the trash. This seems like a property
