By receiving not just an inspection report with any possible flaws and necessary repair recommendations, but also, receiving the manuals for all of the appliances, Furnace/AC units, as well as an indoor and outdoor 3D video was far more than I have ever seen, expected, or even heard of receiving from a home inspection before the purchase of a home! Excellent job!

Not happy with how many things were missed by this inspector. For $1200, I expected better. All lot of the things that were caught were things I found myself and pointed out to him. He missed MANY things that are resulting in us having to pay thousands in repairs, many of which were basic things that should had been caught by a general inspection. Will be pursuing legal options. The only good thing I got out of the inspection was the 3d tour and floor plan but I did pay extra for it and im sure most companies offer that add-on. So go else where.

Jim is a fantastic guy who just so happens to be a home inspector. He is thorough, thoughtful, and will answer any questions that you have. He goes the extra mile! Being a loan officer in the Atlanta area, I will definitely recommend Jim to my future clients.
