Woodstream Apartments

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here at all . Highly infested with mice, roaches and other rodents that will not leave. Mice and Squirrels live in the buildings. Mice will poop literally anywhere in your home. Only resolution for this situation is bombing with toxic chemicals for them to go to the next apartment. bombing leaves a smell in your apartment that’s hard to get out and it is bad for your health. Tbh maintenance tries their best. But for all the other representatives of Henderson-Webb, they’re useless Only if you seen the videos!!!!

Been here for almost a year. My partner and I had positive tested for Covid when extermination was scheduled to come, so they did not come to our apt. 3 weeks later no one has followed up—and magically, now we have cockroaches showing up in our apartment. Called the emergency line today and they told us to call back during regular hour on Monday. Meanwhile, we are now seeing roaches not only in our kitchen but our bathroom. This is not complaining for no reason, this is a health and safety concern. I don’t appreciate being told that a roach infestation is not an emergency. Plus you’re gonna up our rent for being good tenants.

My experience at Woodstream Apartments and at the Lakes Leasing Office was exceptional. The attention to detail and kindness of Devitta, Amanda, and Erica was so wonderful. It is comforting to me to have professional people to assist me in this moving process, which can often times be stressful. These women took the stress and worry out of the process. They assisted me from beginning to end. I'm so thankful! Best experience I have ever had on finding a new home.

Living here since 2017 and enjoy listening to the birds and squirrels play very quiet during the day and night. Neighbors I'm surrounded by are quiet and friendly. Could use a little more lights surrounding the parking lot areas. Only drawback, most of the security doorbells for the buildings need to be upgraded with lights for those you are visiting, or delivery persons can see the apartment lettering especially at night.

I am very pleased with the maintenance team here at Woodstream. My service requests were handled within 24 hours. Russell has worked here for many years and he is very knowledgeable. The team is so friendly and I really appreciate all they do to help make my apartment-Home!
