Lakeview Apartments

5 corners is a pleasant place to live. I stayed there for many years because it was quiet, clean, the front office staff were so helpful. Maintenance responds to problems quickly and even for emergencies. However, the problem isn’t 5 corners, it’s the pest control service they use that’s the issue. Multiple people moved into our building recently and that meant mice and roaches. I lived here for years and never had an issue with pests or rodents before. I put in a service request and the pest control company came out and “sprayed” the place while I was home. They came back for a follow up spray when I wasn’t home and my apartment has a ring camera. The 2 pest control guys came into my apartment, my camera notified me and I was able to see and hear what they were saying. I watched the one

I absolutely love living here. The Maintenance is always on top of repairs, and here within a couple hours or days depending on the issue. The apartment staff is wonderful, and friendly as well.

Lived here for 7 years. Everything was ok until the roach infestation that started about a year ago. They've had people come out periodically for the last 3 -4 months to spray. Unfortunately it hasn't helped as the problem still persists. It's an ok place to live if you are on a budget, otherwise, I would not recommend living here.

I have been living here for 5 months. It's my first apartment and I love it here. It's a very quiet community, very peaceful. It's diverse and maintenance responds very fast. I have no issues and don't think I would find a better deal somewhere else. The rent is very affordable for such a great experience.
