Kings Crossing Apartments

mice droppings everywhere including in my shoes and i keep an immaculate place with all food in glass or the fridge. Exterminators have come three times. Poor laundry maintenance. A circuit has been blown for days, they set up an extension cord for the washers which blew the hall lights too. Still not fixed. Toilets are so low flush volume the paper does not go down.

Jackie and Erika at the Lakes rental office went above and beyond to find me an apartment. They were awesome!

So far so good! I have been here for a few weeks and nothing major has happened outside of some maintenance issues and some neighbor issues everything has been done. Maintenance has been quick to fix things and the apartment is nice.

So far I have really enjoyed living here. Maintenance requests are taken care of extremely quickly and efficiently. Laundry area is always kept clean. Neighbors seem respectful and quiet. Love to walk the grounds and how I am walking distance to the elementary school and beautiful parks and trails. My apartment view is also beautiful love looking at it everyday.

The staff does a nice job of informing residents and keeping everyone up to date. The staff who enter are professional and complete work orders in a timely manner. It can take some time to get someone in the door, but have never needed more than 48 hours to get a response for a non emergency. Overall, things are run well and as long as you take care of things you won't have any problems living here.
