Love it here! Maintenance is quick to respond to any requests made, and fixes apartment issues quickly. Neighbors are quiet (or the walls are thick). Staff are prompt at giving a call back within 24 hours on any issues regarding tenets.

Worst complex around the whole state where maintenance don’t know anything about what they are doing. Maintenance smells like weed when they try to fix stuff in your home. They let black mold build up in the dwelling area and don’t do anything about it. Don’t apply here if you want to keep your health!

Don't move here the mice are awful. The exterminator comes out but it doesn't work. The just put down traps, they've come 7 or 8 times doing the exact same thing that doesn't work. The appliances are no go. I have talked to the property manager and his boss, and they do nothing. I don't cook in my house because the mice get in the stove. DO NOT MOVE HERE, UNLESS YOU LOVE MICE.

Don’t rent from Webb Henderson management

I lived here for a year while I went to Towson. It isn't particularly nice or attractive but everything worked and if something did break, maintenance was pretty on top of it. When I moved in the apartment wasn't cleaned very well like the upstairs wasn't vacuumed at all. I also had a lot of mice. It has the free shuttle to the University. I never had any neighbor problems except sometimes they would play loud music. Anyway, its survivable if you are trying find really cheap rent.
