Woodside At Holladay Apartments

Area is nice, apartments are nice but many are definitely in need of some updates. When I moved in my apartment wasn’t ready and shouldn’t have been rented out. It was a complete chore trying to get the apt working. There were so many problems. Took forever to get maintenance over to fix things. Still have rusty water in the bathtub (they told me they couldn’t fix that) as well as a leaking window. They have a new apt manager and she seems to be more on top of it and it seems like they are trying to make the complex and apartments better. Starting to get quicker responses. Good community environment for the most part. Only complaint about community is that they allow smoking on property with guidelines but a lot of times they aren’t followed. This is one of the worst ran apartments in the valley. Its far too expensive for the lack of any maintenance or upkeep. The rental company owns a number of properties throughout the valley and it is apparent they don’t care about their tenants, or their well being, they only care about collecting rent. The common day slumlord. Avoid at all costs!! — explained below First moving in - there were splatters all over the ceilings and walls - the linoleum wood flooring was not placed down correctly and didn’t cover the entire dining area in the kitchen - we explained this and it was never addressed nor fixed in the entire year of our lease. I'm a current resident at Woodside. It's quiet, nice setting, great neighborhood. Repairs are handled quickly and correctly. Recently my old swamp cooler & furnace were replaced with a central air unit. Big improvement. The property manager has personally assisted me on several occasions. The place rates favorably to comparable apartments in the area, on a cost basis.

The place is not safe. My car has been broken into 3 times. Dog poop everywhere. Increase rent every year. The place is old and dirty. There is old furniture around the dumpster that has been there for over 6 months now. Not impressed with the place. Love my neighbor's. Not happy with the property or how management seems ghetto. All the bulbs around the parking area are burned out. I do not feel safe here . When me lease is up, Im out!

Management is awful, it takes multiple requests to accomodate anything, even serious repairs. My ceililng is currently leaking water and growing mold and I have requested that it be fixed 3 times without an adequate repair. After the third request and waiting for 3 days for someone to even come look at it, I received a notice to vacate when my lease is up. Because apparently demanding that mold be removed from your unit and leaking water be stopped is a problem for them. I've had to escalate even the most minor requests to the regional manager, because property management for this place does nothing in a timely manner. Maintenence used to have a habit of just walking in without knocking whenever they finally felt like getting around to your repairs. This seems better now though. Rent is in
