Sheisty, did nothing of reported cosmetic damages at first assessment and charged me for them after the fact. Sold a space that remained over 90 degrees with a swamp cooler, took weeks and threats of lawsuits to fix sinks and toilets, shower was broken for a month before another lawsuit threat changes their speed. And after all was done I paid for cleaners to come and pick up the space out of my own pocket just for them to charge me a separate cleaning fee as well as fix the damages I reported in the beginning
We have been satisfied tenants of Blakemore Property Management for 13 years. They have worked with us, to accommodate our leasing needs when they have changed suddenly.
