As a Windows & Doors company, we've worked with Brim properties for several years across many projects. Each time we work with them we come across impressed with the level of care, diligence and eye for quality that they employ. Brim is a great company with a great team.

My girlfriend and I were tenants with Brim Properties and overall had a negative experience. When our lease started the house wasn’t clean, it lacked kitchen hardware, items were left behind from previous tenants, and light fixtures didn’t work. We fixed many of these issues ourselves. Whilst living there the owner of the property would stop by frequently, sometimes blocking in us driveway when we had to be to work, and he was very unfriendly and at times intimidating. One time our trash wasn’t taken out that week (as is it was half full so we didn’t feel a need) and the owner stopped by and saw that it hadn’t been emptied on trash day and flipped over the trash bin, leaving the contents sprawled in the backyard. We have been renting from Brim for nearly 10 years and they’ve been great. Brigham has always gone above and beyond to help us find the right homes for our household. And the maintenance team is always prompt and do whatever they can to help. Overall we have had a great experience.

I have rented with Brim properties for 4 years now and everyone has been so kind and amazing! I’m starting a new chapter in my life and needed to move to a different place. One of my top priorities for finding a new place was to be able to stay with brim properties. Brigham helped me find something that was absolutely perfect for me. (Seriously like my dream apartment). They have made the process so easy and seamless. Having to move and find a new place is so difficult and scary but they made it so easy that I was able to just be excited about it and cut out all of the hassle. Currently going into my 3rd year renting with Brim Properties and I can say as a college student that it has been a mostly amazing time with them. Brim properties (specifically our contact Brigham) has always been very quick to react to problems we faced in the duplex we are renting and are quick to help. They understand that renting in Salt Lake City is very tough and for us personally, they have an affordable decent housing for both college students like us but also post college, housing. The only problem we had were in the beginning with a fridge that was broken/old but they had a replacement sent out to us free of charge in about a day after we filed the work request. Overall, I’d recommend their service.
