Linden Colonial Apartments

Quiet complex. Could use some upgrades, but overall it's a very good value for the living space. My family and I have lived here for two and a half years. Property management company changed about 8 months ago. The current office manager is very attentive. She is much more responsive than the previous manager. Maintenance handles work orders quickly. Maintenance ssues are generally handled within a couple of days if not the very next day. A few more community amenities would be nice. With the inground pool out of commission, management says they have plans to improve the grounds. At present, there is a small swing set and slide, a cement basketball court and one hoop.

I have lived here going on 5 years now with my kid and I love it! It may not be brand new, but they are clean and well maintained. They get weekly landscaping done and keep the grounds nice. There's a beautiful canal and mature trees at the back of the complex. Lots of parks close buy. When I first moved in I noticed a lot of box elder bugs around the windows, but I think they got a new pest guy at the time because I have not had a problem with them since. And have only see a couple normal house spiders over the years. The property manager Minnie is the best, I've never had any real issues but anything that has come up is taken care of pretty quickly. I've lived in Linden Colonial for almost 10 years and I can confidently say that it is the perfect place to live if you prefer quiet and safe neighbors with great views. The apartment itself is very spacious and well-maintained with a nice park and pool nearby. Also, in case of any issues, it's easy to get in touch with the property manager. Erika is one of the most pleasant, efficient, and competent property manager I have ever come across. She responds and solves the issue promptly. I also think the LDS ward is pretty amazing. The church is located within walking distance and you can enjoy beautiful mountain views while you walk.

We've lived here for about 7 months now and have only positive things to say. Overall, it's quieter than other apartments we've lived in, and the on-site management/ maintenance is on top of things. It's clean and they've updated most of the apartments. Utilities are less expensive here than we have been used to paying in Seattle, so that's a plus! There is a nice park up the road that my dog and son like to walk to. The bedrooms are huge, and the layout is nice and open. Big windows so it's pretty bright during the day, and we live on the bottom floor. We love the pantry. The drawers in the kitchen are a bit small but there is a lot of extra space in the pantry so we use that for our bigger pans and appliances. Nice neighbors, friendly but not noisy or nosy.

I would definitely recommend this place if you want a large, clean, and quiet place to live! My husband and I have lived here for about 15 months now and we have really loved it! The apartment is huge (like 1,100 sq feet) with tons of storage! It seriously feels like a palace compared to our last place. The kitchen is so open, has a walk-in pantry, and has lots of counter space, which is so important because I love to bake. Not only are the apartments huge, but the community is soo friendly. Whenever I take my son on walks people always say hi or chat for a bit by the basket ball court. We have great neighbors and have not had any noise issues. It is also close to several parks as well as shopping which is a must.
