Safiya was an amazing leasing agent to work with. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what can be a stressful experience feel easy and smooth. She was also able to accommodate our dream move-in date, which meant so much to us and really showed how dedicated she is. Safiya was very responsive and genuinely cared about making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated her patience and positive attitude, she made a great impression and I would highly recommend working with her.

So far so good! Smooth move in process. Very informative welcome package, follow it! Tsion was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. The entire office team has been very helpful and kind with my needs. I had a stressful move, but Tsion and the ladies put me at ease and welcomed me to the community. The premises is clean and appears to be quiet so far. Looking forward to this community.

Had to call maintenance for a water leak under the kitchen sink and the folding door covering the washer and dryer wouldn't stay on it's track. As always, repairs were made before I got home from work and done properly. The maintenance crew here is the best! These particular repairs were done by Julio, but the whole maintenance team is the best. Thank you!

Its been officially a month since we’ve moved in. I can honestly say that it has been so much better at this apartment then my previous. The community is smaller, so there is less crowding. I always find parking and don’t have to worry about having to park obnoxiously far. The apartment is so cute and bigger than our previous. They have a 24/7 gym, a small car wash station, and a small “club house”. We had the pleasure of working with Safiya. During the whole moving process, she was a great help. She answered every question we had and always friendly. When I first applied, I hadn’t even done a tour (weird, i know, but was a really good deal). I called and asked if she can show me around before move in and she did so with a smile. It is safe to say that so far, everything that made us lea

I would have give it more stars but I am wildly disappointed with what happened after I moved out. I am someone who always takes wonderful care of my property. I was only there for a few months and then moved and during the move out process made sure to have the carpets professionally cleaned. Next thing I know I get a $700 bill for “damaged carpet.” Damage??? What damage? When I left they looked brand new, there was no damage, and on top of that freshly cleaned. I feel like this apartment will claim damages that are not even there when you move out. I was literally there from April to November, and I have a type A personality so I know for a fact this damage they claim is false. I also personally checked everything to make sure the apartment was left in good condition. I’m kicking myself
