I lived at Singer Place, Building 9454, Orange Blossom Trail (Apartment 103) for almost 3 years, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. From the very first week, we started reporting serious pest issues including roaches and multiple kinds of bugs. Pest control was scheduled almost every Friday, but it was completely ineffective. Each visit required us to empty the apartment, move beds, furniture, and belongings, almost like moving out and moving back in yet the problem was never resolved. We have kids at home, which made this situation even more stressful and unacceptable. On multiple occasions, roaches were found in our kitchen and even in our food, despite repeated complaints to management. This was extremely concerning from a health and safety perspective. The

I’ve had the pleasure in working with Reina the Property Manager of this facility. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and dedication. She is always very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. Her friendly demeanor made it so easy for tenants to feel comfortable in reaching out for any concerns. She has made our experience wonderful and we are grateful to have her overseeing our property!

Extremely Disappointed – Ongoing Bug Infestation Ignored by Management I’ve been living in the building at 8216 Sanger Place and have been dealing with an ongoing infestation of small biting bugs, which has become a serious health and comfort issue. Despite bringing this to the leasing office’s attention, I’ve now been waiting over a week for pest control to be scheduled. Meanwhile, these bugs continue to bite and cause skin irritation, making it difficult to relax or even sleep in my own home. What’s worse is that this isn’t a new issue – there are already older reviews mentioning the same bug problem in this building, which clearly means management is not taking this seriously. The complex is not well maintained. An HVAC drain backed up into my apartment soaking the carpet and leaving the walls damp. I returned from a business trip to find Black mold growing in my living room and bathroom. See photos below.

Sanger Place has made me feel at home. The community, the staff, and neighbors are amazing. I can’t thank Sanger Place enough for always having an answer to everything and willing to help whenever I have any apartment issues. 10/10 recommended to live here!
