The Fields at Lorton Station

I'll miss the place... I've been living there for 10 years. It's a shame the had to remove the trees.

I have lived at The Fields at Lorton Station For over three years; I would like to commend Lori, the property manager, and Abdul, a key member of the maintenance team, for their exceptional service and dedication. Lori is an outstanding manager, professional, kind, and always willing to listen. What sets her apart is her ability to communicate clearly and promptly. Anytime I have had a question about my lease, parking, or community issues, Lori has responded quickly and thoroughly. She doesn’t just manage the property; she builds trust with residents and fosters a sense of community. Her leadership significantly enhances the quality of life here. Abdul is equally impressive. He is one of the most reliable and respectful maintenance professionals I have had the pleasure of encountering. W

So glad I just moved away from this place, Lori smiles in your face and acts like she cares meanwhile charging extras on the rent whenever possible. Something is always broken and the maintenance people’s act like they can’t fix nothing. The maintenance people’s blame the renters when the apartments are broken down especially the apartments that haven’t been updated. People got they kids all in the parking lot riding bikes fighting and using foul language. There is no recycling. Peoples kids dump trash bags everywhere instead of walking to the compactor. Bed bugs and roaches from nasty tenants. I can’t believe there are 4.5 starts for these apartments if you live there it’s more like 2 stars. So happy to be gone peace LORTON STATION

I just wanted to say I have been living here since October and Erika Byrd is one of the most awesome apartment managers I have ever had. I truly mean it. She goes above and beyond for her tenants from beginning to end. Most managers change once they realize you are signing a lease but she has remained engaged, available, and ready to assist at anytime. I will be staying for a while!!!! I LOVE these apartments and friendly staff is definitely a plus.
