Woods on the Fairway Apartments

I’m just a regular ol’ delivery guy but Eva and Angelica greeted me like twins making me want to move in. Lovely people over there for sure!!

My family and I have been living here for a year and we just renewed our lease. This apartment complex is very family oriented, all the staff and the residents are very kind. The office ladies Eva and Angelica are amazing, they always respond fast and are very friendly. The maintenance team are awesome and there is plenty of trees and space to walk around the complex.

Eva and Angelica have taken such great care of me these last two years. The maintenance team is prompt and thorough. The price being affordable is honestly a bargain for the quality of service. There have been beautiful renovations done to the property to make it even more homey. The pool area was just recently done. Love those ladies at the leasing. They’ll do right by you

If youre tired of dealing with terrible apartment office folks, then move here. Miss Eva and Miss Angelica are by far the kindest and most helpful ive met when dealing with apartments/landlords etc. They are very accommodating as well as try to do alot of things for the complex and the residents. Heck they played bingo and passed out cards to all residents and I won a 50 dollar walmart gift card from it! Constant events for food/bites and entertainment. Im not bothered by anyone around me nor them. I have peace of mind and simply peace , being able to live my life without issues (I stay inside, I aint partying every night or anything lol) From one down to earth resident, this is the place , rent is fairly priced atleast for me and my 1 bedroom

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and by far this is the best place I’ve lived! Maintenance requests get answered promptly and office staff have been here the whole time, they always go above and beyond and are always polite, professional and understanding. Staff works hard to keep our community clean and the neighbors are also great! 10/10!
