My recent visit to the Perry Homes model homes at The Groves in Humble, TX, was a very positive experience. While I wasn't quite ready to move forward with a new build at that moment, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had about the building process. It was clear they were genuinely interested in finding the right home for me, not just making a quick sale. The model homes themselves were also very impressive. The designs were well-thought-out and functional, and the interior decorating was excellent. It was easy to envision myself living in one of these beautiful homes.
