Absolutely phenomenal experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning curb appeal and the warm professionalism of the staff. The amenities are outstanding: a library, sports bar, movie theater, business offices, pool, in-unit washer/dryers, and a full-size fitness center complete with spin-cycling! The community also hosts engaging events, and the spacious floor plans easily accommodate king-size beds, with hardwood flooring. Safety and convenience are clearly a priority here, with on-site mobile security, elevators (including freight), and double-paned windows that provide great soundproofing. This place truly offers luxury living at its finest. Don’t discount yourself thinking you can’t afford to live luxuriously… you can! Apply today! You’ll be so glad you did!

Unfortunately I won’t be moving here anymore but I still wanted to come and highlight great service from the leasing team. They made everything easy and seamless considering I was moving from a different state. I want to give Meisha Simmons a very special shoutout for all her help and professionalism! Give her a raise! Truly it was a pleasure to work with her. She took the time out to make sure that I was taken care of even if she was busy I knew that I could count on her to at least send me an email or give me a call back and for that I am grateful. I’ll definitely have The Oaks as my home should I move to Houston in the future.

Just toured this community and was genuinely impressed. The amenities are top tier and thoughtfully designed, and the floorplans are truly one of a kind unlike anything else in the area. Every layout felt intentional and modern, not cookie cutter. Huge shout out to leasing agent Meisha Simmons, who made the tour informative, welcoming, and stress free. Her knowledge and energy really stood out and made the experience even better. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Nubia here. From day one, she has been incredibly sweet, professional, and consistent with her communication and follow through. Even after moving in, she continues to pay attention to the small details, always addresses me by my name, and genuinely treats me like family — not just another resident. It’s rare to find someone who takes pride in their work and makes you feel seen and valued, and she does exactly that. She’s a big reason living here feels comfortable and welcoming. I love my apartment and how clean the entire complex is coming from a completely picky person.

I moved into these apartments last week and I have nothing but good things to say. The apartment complex is amazing. From the facilities to the staff. Nubia was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process and goes above and beyond. She walked my large package to my door for my wife while I was at work. That just shows that she really cares for the people that lives here in this community. She truly is incredible and a great asset to The oaks.
