Fall Creek

Fall Creek is a great place to live. It gives a “small town” feel within very close proximity to downtown Houston. We used to live in Memorial, but we like it better out here because it is quieter, there’s less traffic, and people just seem more relaxed and friendlier. We also like that every street consistently has sidewalks. When I walk, I never have to walk in the street, which feels safer. There’s only one thing we do not like about living here—that’s that in summer, they spray all yards for mosquitoes. I know a lot of neighborhoods do this, but it kills beneficial pollinators, too. Plus, it pollutes our bayous and Galveston Bay. And studies have shown it doesn’t actually stop mosquitoes! I wish they would stop the practice of nighttime spraying, or that you could at least opt out of h

HOA will fine you for a dead branch but neglects their responsibility for the greenway and easement behind houses. Still have damage from the spring derecho. Trees and limbs on the wall. The area by the bayou, at the ball fields have become a trash dump but be dammed if your garbage can is not brought back the same day. 50$ fine. The can was my neighbors and still got a fine. Stalkers took a picture of my house when the can is clearly in their driveway. See attached pic and notice where it is sitting Last, if grass is two inches too long they send a notice. But for the last four years my cul du sac is a mud patch. New management is slacking.

The community is beautiful. Their policies gives residents a safe and secure experience. Mrs. Anita does a great job with assisting residents, she is very informative and genuine. Service here is excellent.

I have reached out to the Fall Creek HOA in Humble Texas to report that my Neighbor has cars that block the street and occasionally my drive way! These cars are old and some do not have up to date tags! They had 2 broken down cars in their driveway for years! Those were finely removed, but they don’t park the other cars in their own drive way! This leaves no room for anyone else’s guests or work men to park in front of their own home! The HOA has done nothing to resolve this issue. Not sure what they do except for yard work on the common areas! The HOA dues are too high to only get the lawn mowed! Unhappy Camper! The other neighbors are with me on this!

I really enjoyed the Fall Creek arts and crafts festival. They had lots of nice things if you are looking for Christmas gifts. The cupcakes were amazing! I had the maple and bacon cupcake.
