My mom absolutely loves living here, and it’s easy to see why. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. The maintenance team is amazing, fast, dependable, and always respectful when handling requests. One of the best parts is the monthly gatherings. They create such a welcoming atmosphere and give residents a chance to connect and build real relationships. It really feels like a community, not just an apartment complex. If you’re looking for a place with great service, strong support, and a warm, family-like environment, this is it. Highly recommend!

From the moment I stepped into the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at Park at Tour 18, I knew this was the one. The spacious layout, soaring ceilings (up to 12 feet!), oversized garden tubs, sleek stainless-steel appliances, and elegant granite countertops all combined to create a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. But beyond the beautiful finishes, what truly sets Park at Tour 18 apart is the customer experience. Joe, who facilitated my tour, was absolutely phenomenal; warm, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I wanted. His exceptional service made me feel seen, heard, and excited.. so much so that I submitted my application immediately after the tour! I have been here for about 6 months now and I must say that I have really enjoyed my time. The staff members are amazing and very tentative to my needs, especially Jennifer. She is always pleasant and checking to ensure I have no issues, and she has followed up to ensure my repairs were completed timely. All in all, it’s been a great place to stay for me.

Me and my wife fell in love with our apartment and this community. We feel at home. This community extremely beautiful. The leasing staff were very helpful. And Jennifer Simmons is a blessing she is wonderfully great at providing amazing customer service.
