Title: Do NOT Rent Here – Worst Management and Maintenance Experience I have been living at Wood Edge for 3 years, and honestly, I cannot recommend this place at all. From the outside, it looks clean and well-kept, but don’t be fooled — the reality is very different. There are constant maintenance issues, serious problems with electricity, heating, and air conditioning, and the management simply does not care about residents. The AC and heating systems are unreliable. In the summer, the AC might work on the first floor but fails on the second, leaving it unbearably hot upstairs. In the winter, the heating doesn’t reach the bedrooms, making them freezing cold. This is not just uncomfortable — it’s unsafe, especially for families with children. I’ve lived here for almost four years. The old management was great, but since the new company took over things have gone downhill. Rent went up, but service went down. Maintenance is unskilled, the HVAC and heating systems don’t work properly, and the office rarely answers calls. Even serious issues like electrical problems, pests, and faulty fire alarms are ignored ,Looks nice on the outside, but living here is very frustrating. I would not recommend this community.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I lived here for almost 11 years until the new management came. They raised the rent up to I shit you not, more than 500 dollars within a matter of days. It was peaceful and alright until after the chopped all the trees and bushes down and replaced them with cheap, flimsy, and weak fences the break easily. I cannot believe they had the audacity to raise it up by more than 500 dollars within a couple days, I don't even know why they even why they allow it raise THAT HIGH in a few days in the U.S. Lynn was and probably still is rude and doesn't know how to talk to people.

We just moved into our apartment a few days ago and so far everything is going well. The only negative thing about moving here was having to switch our internet from Verizon to Comcast (they apparently have a contract with them). We learned that the internet cables were removed during the renovation and when the Comcast tech came to install new ones, he couldn’t because he needed access to the attic, which is in another unit. Other than that, the apartment is beautiful and very spacious. The enclosed patios are the perfect addition too. Lynn has also been super wonderful. Just moved in and we absolutely love the place! Renovations were done with care. We are excited to be able to grow as a family in this beautiful home. Lynn is wonderful and was extremely helpful with showing us our unit prior to moving in. Beautiful community with an oversized patio. Walls are a little thin and you can hear some things but overall beautiful home, community, and staff! If I have more to share, I’ll update! 🙂
