The Emerald at Lansdale

We have been incredibly pleased with living here and with Ms. Sheila along with the supporting staff. They keep the property very clean, very professional, and very safe. We have been here since November and it’s really been wonderful to have a lot of amenities during snow season. Sheila is always pleasant and friendly with the residents! Anytime I’ve had any questions or needed anything she is very attentive. I would highly recommend living here from the great amenities, great neighbors, safe and centralized neighborhood, and Ms. Sheila is the best! It’s great for small families as well, there is a library and parks within walking distance, beautiful view of the area as well. I had a tour of The Emerald at Lansdale today and was genuinely impressed! The building is sparkling clean and wonderfully quiet. It even smelled great! The apartments are incredibly spacious—even the one-bedroom layout had plenty of room. Huge shout-out to Sheila! She was informative, clearly explained all the fees and amenities, and answered every question I had. A fantastic experience overall!

Personally, I would not recommend this apartment building. I lived here for one year. One major issue is the location — it is situated directly next to train tracks and busy intersections. Each time a train passes, the horn sounds and the brakes screech loudly, often throughout the night. This is something you may not fully realize until you actually live here, and it significantly affects sleep and overall comfort. Additionally, after new management (Lindy communities) took over, I noticed a substantial increase in my bill compared to what I was paying during the first half of my lease. When I was moving out, they also would find any excuse to charge me and I ended up getting back only a portion of my security deposit considering the apartment was left in excellent condition. I believe 5 star experiences absolutely deserve 5 star reviews. I just moved in yesterday, and my experience has been so amazing that I am leaving a review! I drove over from Seattle, WA for an internship, and Suzie (manager) and Hali have made the lease signing process so seamless! Having both lived in and previously worked for commercial luxury apartments, all I can say is that this team and the community is the best you can ever get. A brand-new building (only 2nd year of leasing), beautiful and spacious apartments, and amenities that put the cherry on top of luxury. I absolutely love how the large outdoor parking space and the multiple entrances make Luxor a little cove in Lansdale. I also thought the A2 Studio was small, but WOW it is spacious! It’s 2 am I just got back from 6 hours flight and I can’t get into the building. I just moved here a week ago, so far everything is messed up, when I picked up the apartment it was very dirty, everything in the kitchen was covered in oil, the floor was very sticky- probably never washed before. The apartment smelled burned and there were lots of curly black hair everywhere. Some of the things were broken such as microwave and kitchen drawer, kitchen faucet. They were still not able to fix that. Anyway I just got back from the airport and since 1 am I’ve been calling maintenance, property customer service, they firstly didn’t pick up the phone but after that I was able to reach out to them. Unfortunately they told me maintenance is not available now and they are not sure what I should do.
