Valley Stream Apartments

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for about six months and have had a positive experience overall. Management and maintenance have been great. Recently, our heat went out and we noticed it late at night when it was below freezing outside, which was pretty stressful. We called the emergency number and they had someone out to fix it within 30 minutes. We were super thankful for the quick response.

STEPHAN is fantastic he fixed the issues I reported to the leasing office immediately. Gave me a detailed explanation of what he was doing, very friendly and pleasant gentleman. Definitely appreciate his labor.

Stephen,one of the maintenance crew came today to help me with a few things. He was kind, easy to talk to, and fixed all my issues in a speedy amount of time. I have lived here now for 3+ years and love living here. I would give 10* if I could.

Management is really great and addresses problems/concerns quickly and efficiently. Stefan recently came over to fulfill a maintenance request, and did a thorough job. He explained in detail what the problem was and how he was going to mitigate it, gave us a really accurate timeline for completing the work order, and he provided excellent customer service.

Maintenance requests are very quickly addressed and the technicians are great. I just had Stephan out today and he was prompt, professional, and quickly addressed my concerns.
