Willowyck Apartments

We are having a wonderful experience living at the Willowyck since December 2025. The community is clean, quiet and very well maintained. The management team (Katie, Caitlin and Shamarra) are always friendly and quick to respond whenever something is needed. Maintenance requests have been handled promptly and to our satisfaction. The property itself is beautiful with lots of mature trees and walking trails. We always feel safe and comfortable when taking our puppy for a walk. The neighbors are respectful and very welcoming. Overall, this is a great place to live and we are looking forward to enjoying the amenities that summer will bring. We definitely recommend Willowyck to anyone looking for a well-run and peaceful community.

My husband and I have been here a little over two months now and our experience has been pretty much perfect. All of the ladies at the office are super nice, helpful, and accommodating. The maintenance staff has been great as well. They're quick to address things and you get notified when they're coming and when the task is completed. The grounds are well maintained and just beautiful. Our apartment is very spacious and having our own private patio is a huge plus! All of our neighbors are friendly and introduced themselves when we moved in and always say hi when passing by. It really feels like an actual neighborhood rather than an apartment complex. My husband and I have been Willowyck residents since June after relocating from out of state. Our positive experience moving in was owed largely to Shamarra in the front office, who is an absolute gem and is wonderful to work with. Shamarra was absolutely amazing to us for the entire process of moving into our apartment, and even after we’ve been residents for a while. She was incredibly thoughtful and communicative while helping us make the best decision on which apartment to select, and she also went above and beyond to accommodate our moving schedule and secure the best possible move-in perks for us. After checking out many apartment complexes in the area, we chose Willowyck and moved here in August. It’s been great! Our apartment is lovely, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the community is friendly. Shamarra was a wonderful help when we were selecting the perfect unit for us. Caitlin has been quick to answer questions and make sure we have everything we need. The maintenance crew is friendly, helpful, and responsive. If you are looking for an apartment in the Lansdale vicinity, Willowyck is an excellent choice.

Willowyck is conveniently located--close to the turnpike, a supermarket, the Lansdale-Doylestown regional rail, and several good restaurants. I've found the leasing agents to be friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help; they do not hesitate to set up maintenance appointments for me when necessary. The maintenance staff, in turn, arrive promptly and always have the know-how and tools to get the job done. Parking is plentiful. Recycling is available, even though the township doesn't provide for it, and getting rid of trash is a snap. My apartment is attractive, spacious, and has plenty of light and plenty of storage.
