I just toured but there is a reason that I choose not to live. The place looks good, but the pricing policy feels too petty. Usually, communities hold a unit for about a month, but this one expects tenants to pay everything upfront. For example, if the place is available on April 1st but I want to move in on the 15th, they won’t hold it. Instead, they increase the rent to cover the 15 days.

We have lived here for a while and truly enjoyed it until the property changed ownership not long ago. Since then, the experience has gone downhill. In the past, we had some maintenance requests get dropped/ignored and have to request them again. One of note is a mold issue, and while maintenance was very quick to come out and inspect it, they said they needed to consult with the office/owners before proceeding. That was months ago, and the issue still hasn’t been addressed. This particular instance has been reported on a couple occasions but always ends up being marked resolved on the online portal. It’s worth noting this was an issue that we had with the original ownership, but this is also the ONLY complaint we can come up with while the old ownership was in charge. The new owners swit

Chris did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. He did all that he could to satisfy the requests that we had submitted and left us completely satisfied.

I don't like being nickeled and dimed for trash and water. I pay a very large rental fee which used to include these items. Its bush league to press us for another $20 or so when we are already paying thousands. I miss the old owners, they had class.

4 years here, was supposed to be only one or two years tops. I never had mice before living here, but we now keep mouse traps on hand. It took 2 or 3 years for the maintenance guys to keep the squirrels from getting into the attic. Water damage above windows in master suite was very poorly patched. Most of the time, there are significant delays in getting someone to respond to maintenance requests. We do try to do some maintenance like lightbulbs ourselves. I put in maintenance requests 2 weeks ago and received this survey request now in spite of nobody showing up to do any work. Big positive change is that now they have eliminated the middle of the night trash pick ups at the big dumpster, so I don’t hear the garbage and recycling trucks slamming things around any more.
