I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the excellent maintenance service and the outstanding behavior of the staff at Dell Marr and Woods Edge Apartments. The team is always professional, respectful, and quick to respond to any request. I especially want to recognize Mr. Danny, whose exceptional character, professionalism, and leadership truly make a difference. He manages the community with great responsibility, kindness, and dedication. His positive attitude and helpful nature create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all residents. Thank you to Mr. Danny and the entire team for providing such a well-managed and pleasant place to live. I am truly satisfied and grateful for the quality service and support you offer.

There maintenance is good n Manger n Assistant Msnger are very Nice n Professional. They even have Prayer Meetings. Manger Mr.Danny is doing a fine j job. I was experiencing a pest n rodent problem, But ive spoken to the management team And, the problem has been resolved. I jus can't tell u how much We really appreciate that. Ive lived here over 8 yrs n we've had Lots in lots of different owners but The ones currently own are by far the Best Yet n seem to really care. Rents high but thats everywhere, and so thankful we got owners n management that care and these are the cheapest, anywhere, and have worked with us, Were on a fixed income. And my son 14 yrs old And Autistic. Their very understanding., And were really happy with them.

I have to say, the maintenance team is outstanding. Whenever A work order is submitted Maintenance team make sure that they completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate their promptness and attention to detail. Additionally, the front desk assistant is always friendly and ready to help with any questions I have.I also want to highlight the excellent job that the property manager does. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel valued and heard. It’s a great place to live, and I’m grateful for the excellent service!

Been living here for years i'm so comfortable in my apt. But main reason i decided to renew for another year is because the new staff Danny & Darigma go above and beyon for us thank for all
