Woodmont Valley at Lower Macungie

I’ve been a resident here since summer 2023. When we first moved in, we had nothing but wonderful things to say. We would rave to our family and friends about this apartment community, and how it exceeded all of our expectations. However, once the new build took over things slowly started going backwards. We decided to move over to the new build for more space. So we have lived in old apartment and now the new ones. Here are some things you need to know prior to living here: Grounds are kept up. Cleaned and landscaped constantly. It’s great to have the grounds looking amazing. Maintenance is quick, and responds quickly. Amazing experience at Woodmont Valley! Katie made moving into my first apartment so easy and stress-free. The amenities are great, the staff is always on top of things, and the location is perfect—everything is close by. Highly recommend!

Very good experience while residing at Woomont Apartment. It felt like home, we had a spacious apartment, a garage, and a storage unit and the conveniance of being able to access everything on site. Sadly, it was shortlived, when my wife had a accident and was a life-changing experience and had to give up our apartment. The staff was so understanding of my situation, we were able to vacate our unit and received our full deposit refund. Thanks to all that made me feel like a respected tenant.

Woodmont Valley offers a sense of a very welcoming and caring community. The apartments and all amenities are being kept in excellent condition. A very important aspect of being a resident of Woodmont Valley is the feeling of inclusiveness and the friendly environment among the residents as well as management. Lastly, the maintenance team is on top of things; they take care of anything that needs to be taken care of promptly.

I can’t say enough about how helpful the office staff is. They are friendly, easy to get in touch with, help with any questions. They make sure you understand everything and how to access and use the different amenities, which are beautiful. The maintenance men are friendly and helpful. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The security system is great. I like the process they have in place to pick up deliveries, There is a train nearby and one can hear the whistle blow. It isn’t distracting, I like it. Half the time I don’t hear it, I’m used to it. I really enjoy listening to the train. I have a one bedroom with a den. Perfect size for me. Space is a little tight but there are so many inexpensive organizers that one can purchase from Amazon or Target. So space really isn’t an issu
