Brookfield Apartments

The office staff is amazing. They are timely and thorough with their follow up. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The grounds are perfect for families with space for picnics and a playground. They also provide pool passes to the local pool at no cost to the tenant. This is a great community, you will be very happy here. Highly recommend!

The complex is nice and the location is great. The master bathroom was very small and the dining area was cramped due to the washer and dryer closet being in the same space. Windows were large and allowed a lot of light Cute layout

Corinne and her staff are exceptional at managing this apartment complex. We use this for corporate housing. No complaints only praise.

I have lived here for about a year and a half now and it has been my best experience living in an apartment in the lehigh valley. Free community pool access, events with free food and items regularly. The condition of my apartment is pretty great all things considered and I love having my loft space. The maintenance is done in a flash and everyone who works here is friendly and kind. Lots of space to walk my dog and theres a dog park. My only downsides are that sometimes there is some noise but that is also because I am right by the park where children are often playing. So just something to keep in mind when moving in. Also when I moved in I had to do a bit of cleaning on various surfaces. But all and all it’s been really positive.
