The Fields at Brookside by Kay Builders

As a member at Brookside, considered the new Kay community. It made sense to cut a longer commute and gain full benefits of CC living. Despite poor feedback from fellow club members who have bought with Kay, we were still considering purchasing. Unfortunately, just weeks after the builder's sales and management teams visited the club and presented, they pulled incentives and jacked up prices. The current building site is a construction mess and based on other reviews delivery times are typically late. We'll wait and see how the new community turns out in a couple years and consider a resale and not have to deal with the builder directly.
